Your place is a little piece of heaven! We watched the leaves start to change. We woke up to the distant roosters. The mountains, wildflowers, and the cabin itself are awesome. Me and hubby enjoyed every single second here. We went mining a lot, and had a great time. We spent a day in Cherokee. The few rainy days slowed us down and that was a much needed blessing. We have enjoyed a most relaxing week at your cabin. It is such a comfortable and cozy place, and we felt right at home. We went to many of the places we love - waterfalls, hikes on trails, Joyce Kilmer Forest, The Great Smokey Mountains, Cherokee, museums of Franklin, fishing on local streams and riding around the scenic byways. We took picnic lunches and enjoyed cooking our other meals in your well furnished kitchen. The washer and dryer are very convenient. C&G, Panama City, Florida

What a wonderful little cabin in the woods! It was so homey and we loved using it as our home base. The weather was wonderful and the location was so peaceful! We did so many fun things when we were here - Highlands and waterfalls, gem mining at the Sheffield mine, gem show, visited Dillsboro and shopped in Dillard and dined at the Dillard House. This place is exactly what we needed. The cabin is so cute and comfortable and all the "extra touches" were very appreciated. We took walks every morning and naps every afternoon. Mom and I enjoyed the greater Franklin area and our activities. Lulu's in Sylva had great food, we loved the rafting in Nantahala, gem mining at the Sheffield Mine, and hiking up Weser Bald. Fab kitchen! The cabin decor is all feng shui - lovely coordinating colors but not at all patterned or too "cute". Feel good simplicity with flair. Our son caught his first fish on the Little Tennessee! M&C, Florida
The cottage is perfect! We made good use of the grill, the fire pit was lovely and I did get to spend some time on the swing. I couldn’t have dreamt of a more perfect place to stay. Our time spent gem searching was not very profitable, but the scenic views and the charming people made the stay worth millions. M&E, Rhode Island
